The slow death of a Perth kitchen line
A kitchen sink almost never blocks suddenly. What actually happens: every wash-up sends a little dissolved fat down the line, it cools against the pipe wall a metre or two along, and it sets. Layer by layer, over years, the pipe’s internal diameter shrinks — 100 per cent flow becomes 60, becomes 30, and then one roast dinner’s worth of fat closes the gap entirely. The blockage is just the last chapter of a long story.
That’s why our approach to blocked sinks in Perth is bluntly practical: clear the trap mechanically, and if the line behind it doesn’t flow like new, jet the whole branch. Anything less is renting the same blockage back to you at intervals.
Kitchen, bathroom, laundry — three different problems

And for sinks that keep re-blocking after proper clearing, the CCTV camera settles it: scale-rough old galvanised branch, a sagging section holding water, or a junction defect. Each shows up unmistakably on screen, each has a specific fix, and none of them can be diagnosed honestly by guesswork.
